Colleagues in Indonesia, one of our largest businesses in Asia, have undertaken a series of events to say thank you to medical and other emergency staff working on the frontline against COVID-19.
Currently, the Novotel Hotel (Accor group) is being used as a temporary dormitory for doctors and other medical teams working in a temporary COVID-19 hospital and our team has donated pest control services to protect the teams.
Our Indonesia colleagues have also been disinfecting places of worship, with each branch having disinfected one building ¬– so far, they’ve disinfected 34 places of worship!
Finally, as part of #sharethelove, colleagues have donated fruit and hand sanitiser to police officers who are on duty in guardhouses during lockdown period and the same to street cleaners who also remain on duty during lockdown period.
